Android 4.0: "Unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped."

Playing with Ice Cream Sandwich in the emulator today. Downloaded a few APK's today in the Android browser. But when I tap on them, Android 4.0 reports this message: "Unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped." Never had this problem before with previous versions of Android in the emulator. What gives?

SpeakNotes - "No Activity found to handle Intent"

It seems that the speech recognition module on your phone is not working. That module is part of the Android System, not SpeakNotes. You can test if that module is working by bringing up the keyboard, and tapping the microphone key.
